TOday Evelyn and I headed out to MN for a quick shopping trip w/ Grandma to the mall. I called ahead last week and ordered a bus for a trip to and from the nursing home. We decided on two hours because her energy fades fast. Due to slick roads and a few inches of snow I met my sister and MOm at the mall. THey were about 20 minutesw later than I expected so our shopping time was ticking.

MOm wasn't doing so good today. SHe could barely lift her head up and well, she had no sparkle in her eyes... but we did it anyway. She could reach over and grab Ev's finger but that was about it... poor mama....

OH well, she got some Christmas presents and we got her out of the nursing home for a few hours... both important things....

My Christmas tree is up, lit and most ly decorated. I will be finishing it tomorrow w/ the rest of the decorations which I am thinking will be sparse this year. Little Miss TOuch Everything has something to do w/ that.

YeP!... it's the holidays!
